2. Account Security & Strict Multi-Tenancy

Pragyan ERP utilizes strict multi-tenant database isolation. Each school account operates within a segregated data environment associated with its unique Tenant ID.

• Institutions are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of admin credentials and license keys.
• Role-based access permissions (Principal, Accounts Staff, Teachers) must be maintained diligently by the subscribing institution.
• Un-authorized access attempts or sharing master license keys outside the designated school campus is strictly prohibited.

3. AI Test Paper Generator Usage & Fair Use Policy

The AI Test Paper Generator is an automated assistant designed to help teachers create CBSE/RBSE/State Board compliant question papers based on uploaded textbook PDFs and syllabus inputs.

• Daily Quota Limit: Each school license receives a daily allocation of 3 Test Papers / Day to prevent API abuse and guarantee high-speed server response times.
• Teacher Verification: Generated question papers and step-by-step answer keys are AI-assisted drafts; senior subject teachers retain ultimate responsibility for inspecting and verifying all questions prior to conducting official examinations.
• Prohibited Material: Uploading non-academic, harmful, or copyright-violating material outside official textbook chapters is strictly forbidden.

4. Payment, License Keys & Non-Reverse Engineering

Access to Pragyan ERP modules is authorized via single-school license keys valid for 365 days from activation date unless specified otherwise in an enterprise agreement.

• License keys are non-transferable without written consent from Pragyan ERP Superadmin.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling desktop client binaries, or attempting unauthorized API scraping is prohibited and subject to immediate key revocation without refund.

5. Account Termination & Data Export Rights

Upon expiration or orderly account closure, subscribing institutions retain the absolute right to export all student enrollment rosters, fee transaction history, and academic records in standard CSV, Excel, or PDF formats prior to final archive deletion.

6. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jalore, Rajasthan, India.
